# Scramble Text (/docs/scramble-text)

A short random-character reveal for text that is appearing or changing.

## API

**Main export:** `ScrambleText`

A one-shot reveal that progressively replaces random characters with the supplied text.
`Intl.Segmenter` keeps emoji and combined characters intact; environments without it fall back
to Unicode code points, which can split combined characters. Whitespace is shown immediately,
and `prefers-reduced-motion` shows the final text without the scramble.

- `children` — the string to reveal.
- `intervalMs` — milliseconds between reveal steps. Defaults to `32`; values at or below `0`
  show the final text immediately.
- `className` — forwarded to the outer inline wrapper.
